Lyndsey Cassie

Born and raised in the northeast of Scotland, Lyndsey now lives in Central London, where she works full-time for a tech start-up. She found running as a way to escape any daily stress, while cycling quickly became her preferred way to commute to and from work. Unintentionally, she managed to build a pretty decent endurance base with all the miles she clocked biking and running and was eventually convinced to give triathlon a whirl. To her surprise, she managed to win her first race (Olympic distance) and take the AG win at her first Ironman 70.3, and is now very excited to be part of WLC's ladies' race team.
